Myspace or not?

my hubby does not want me to get on myspace cause his cousin had a girlfriend that cheated on him with a friend on there. so he thinks that maybe i would do the same. its not right.

i get on facebook, multiply and cafemom.

everytime i ask him he tells me no thats the end of the story.

i just get really bored with my sites i am on and i know with myspace you can find alot of people. my sister just got on and found some of our cousins in maryland. my brother, sister and mom have myspace and i am not allowed cause of my hubby? i dont understand. i dont feel its right that he wont let me on there. on all my other sites i promised him i would not have guy friends on there and i dont.

i feel like he is controlling me, i think if i just got on there he would eventually get over it but i would like some help on telling him whats up.

he should have trust but my main thing is that i should not have to have his permission.what should i do?

Myspace or not?

myspace sucks anyway

Myspace or not?

girl if he trust you then get on myspace

and tell him your not like that.

Myspace or not?

theres alot of sicko's out there for sure. my gf had one and once she left her account on my comp, so I checked her inbox and hoards of messages were sent from her ex and alot of it was sexual. this really upset me but it depends on the kind of person you are

you can add me and assure your husband it is a friend from yahoo answers if you do wish to start one.

set your profile to private and click on the option that they must know your email and last name to be friends.

mine is www.myspace.com/adsnell2004

Myspace or not?

well boredom usually drives to sex outside of family

Myspace or not?

I personally have never cheated on any of my significant others via myspace, or anything else. He needs to get over himself, and let you live your own life. Just because it happened to someone he knows, doesnt mean you are going to do that too.

If he is that controlling, and wont let you talk to family members through myspace, it will only get worse.

I know, because it happened with my mom. Her man at first didn't like her texting anyone, and then she couldn't go online except at work. Now he takes her phone and laptop away when she gets home to prevent her from talking to other guys, and rarely can she leave the house without him bitching and abusing her.

Be careful. Im not saying it will happen to you, but thats how these things start.

Myspace or not?

Oh my... you need to get out and get a real life! If you are bored with the online networking sites you are on now, adding another site isn't going to make it any better.

I don't beleive your husband has the right to tell you what you can or cannot do. I do believe that if you have a 'MySpace' or 'Facebook' or any other personal profile site, that it should be a 'couple site' where you have info about you and your husband and your family. I am married and we have a myspace although we use it primarily to monitor our kids activities.

Again, get out in the real world and stop wasting life away in front of the computer!

Good luck and I hope this helps!

Myspace or not?

you should talk to him and explain that its a good way to comunicate with your family far away.... i have a myspace and i talk to my sister from mexico all the time!

tell your "hubby" that he needs to give you and myspace a chance, and that only because some person did that doesnt mean you're gonna do it too.... GOOD LUCK!

Myspace or not?

Sounds like your guy is way too controlling. A relationship should never have one side telling the other side what to do, making rules, etc. You should have the freedom to do what you want.

Myspace or not?

Myspace is a complete waste of time, IMO. Think about it, why waste time posting details about your life so that random people may see it. I say, live your life, and not live it over the internet. Most people are insecure, and post details, and photos of their lifes just baiting for any creep to pay them a compliment.
