It's done by using an animated GIF image.
A GIF/Compuserve image has the ability to store multiple images in one, along with instructions on how long to display each one. Using an image editing program like Photoshop, GIMP, or Paint Shop Pro, you can create one of these animated GIF images.
Once you have the image, simply upload it to your Myspace.
