I met this guy who goes to my school through myspace, he's a sophmore too, but i never see him because my school's fricken huge. He's really nice and we've talked online for like 6 months, and he's told me im sexy, cute, etc. But then i finally met him, and just like that i was gone, he's perfect and i cant stop thinking about him. The thing is I'm mixed (white/black) and a cheerleader and i hang out with mostly the white honors class crowd, lol, but he's latino and hangs with a mostly mexican crowd. So we dont have any close friends in common. So i have no idea what to say to him or where to go from here...sorry for the epic, it all kinda spilled out, lol.

If you talked online for 6 months, why can't you simply coordinate a time to meet where you can actually talk a bit and get to know each other better? Surely you can't live too far apart if you attend the same school. Would going out for ice cream or something after a football game be too tough?

just talk to him. Who cares if you don't have any of the same friends. You can introduce your friends to each other and evntually have common friends and stuff.

Well there is always a first time to get to know another race. LOL.

I'm Mexican myself and I have friends in all shapes, colors, and sizes. And is the most interesting most exciting relationship you are ever going to have. Not because of the Mexican part, but because you think you don't have anything in common but you know what they say. opposites attract.

Try alternating days with friends. One day yours and the other his, see how that works out. take it slowly, but if you don't start you won't ever know.

dude if you're a cheerleader then what's the prob? I thought you guys always got your' dude what happend? I guess it's possoble but tons of probs. Usually cheerleaders are popular so they get their guy most of the time. Just "accidently" run into him at school see what he does.
